Operations, IT, and Project manager with 12+ years of experience, certified PMP by PMI, holder of a Bachelor of Science in Information & Communication Technology, and currently working towards the EMBA.

A member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) international, and PMI Lebanon chapter.

Overall 12+ years of experience in Operations and IT management, supporting, assessing, designing, implementing, auditing, budgeting, staffing, and managing operations and IT. Managing project implementations for beneficiaries, developing solutions, preparing bids, assigning, and managing subcontractors to successfully achieve deliverables. Managing operations activities: Procurement (Tender RFP/RFQ developments, bids, and contracts management), Logistics and inventory (Inventory, dispositions, etc.), Human resources (Recruiting, Job descriptions, etc.), and Finance (Budgeting, Payroll, taxes, etc.)

Overall 9+ years of experience working in the development sector on USAID funded projects, with extensive knowledge of USAID policies and procedures, focusing on the development of the Lebanese water establishments, and supporting these establishments to adopt operations and technology trends as per their needs and requirements, while providing this sector strategic planning, capacity building, performing training, and technical assistance.

In 2012, I registered my sole ownership company TechnoTouch providing independent consultancy, offering clients consultancies, audits, and project management. In 2023, TechnoTouch was restructured into a Limited Liability Company.
